An all-levels, accessibility-focused Pilates space, meant for people with a variety of movement backgrounds and abilities.

Class Offerings

  • Monday Morning (slow, balancing)

    This class takes place on Monday mornings on ZOOM at 10am PST, or 1pm EST.

    We’ll move through some slowed-down Pilates rhythms, emphasizing waking up the body, strengthening and stretching. No prior Pilates or movement experience is necessary.

    It is recommended to have on hand, a yoga mat or beach towel, a Theraband or rolled up towel/ bathrobe tie, and small hand weights or cans of beans. Class is by donation, suggested donation $10-30 on venmo to @Sophia-Arnall.

  • Thursday Morning (build warmth)

    This class takes place on Thursday mornings on ZOOM at 10am PST, or 1pm EST.

    While this is still an all-levels class, some basic knowledge of Pilates terminology is recommended, as our pace is just a bit faster. We’ll focus on building strength, warming up our core muscle groups, and maybe feel our heart rates elevate a bit!

    It is recommended to have on hand, a yoga mat or beach towel, a Theraband or rolled up towel/ bathrobe tie, and small hand weights or cans of beans. Class is by donation, suggested donation $10-30 on venmo to @Sophia-Arnall.

  • Pre-recorded class

    Please let me know ahead of time if you’re interested in receiving a recording of a class, so I can ask folks’ permission to record! Suggested donation $5-20 per class.
