About Me

I’m Sophia Arnall (she/they), I’m 27 years old and I’m a lifelong movement enthusiast. My background is in dance; I grew up dancing and I went on to pursue a degree and career in the field. In 2019, after multiple traumatic brain injuries and the onset of chronic pain and fatigue, I took an intentional break from dancing to work on healing. Around that time, I took up Pilates and strength training and noticed massive benefits to my physical and mental health, energy levels, and the way my hypermobility syndrome affects me on a physical and neurological level.

In 2020, I completed my comprehensive teacher training program with Vitality Pilates, and I went on to seek out additional certifications from NCPT and NASM in Pilates and Personal Training respectively. I started teaching for a variety of organizations, and then went on to lead my own online space, finding myself drawn to the autonomy and accessibility of Zoom.

Leading this space bring me so much joy! My greatest hope is that you will feel welcomed into this space, no matter what your experience with movement has been, and that you’ll be able to make the work fit your needs. Everything I offer is a suggestion, to be taken with a grain of salt and molded to feel right for you!

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you have questions, concerns, or feedback.
